Who we are

Tribloc is a trading name of Benjamin Zsigri, a sole trader based in Budapest, Hungary. Benjamin Zsigri is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Enquiry form (get a quote): name, email, phone (optional), and your answers to a short set of questions about your business. Used to prepare and send you a quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Visibility Report request: your website address, name, email, phone (optional). Used to prepare and email you the report. Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
  • Booking a call: name, email, phone (optional), and the date/time you choose. Used to create a calendar invite and send a confirmation. Legal basis: performance of a contract (the call itself).
  • Marketing consent (optional, separate checkbox): if you tick it, we may email you about relevant offers later. You can withdraw this at any time by emailing us.

We do not use cookies or persistent visitor identifiers for analytics — page-view measurement runs without them, and no consent banner is needed for it.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are processed by our own Cloudflare Worker, then handed to Make.com (a workflow-automation processor) to route the enquiry, and where relevant to Google Calendar (for bookings). None of these processors use your data for their own purposes — they act on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and report data is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the business relationship plus any period required by Hungarian accounting/tax law. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete it within 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to how it's used. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, as the controller is based in Hungary, the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH, naih.hu).
